It's a rock. It's the size of a small building. You can run around it in a minute. That = not a planet. actually, king kai's planet is a dwarf planet. it is massive enough to pull itself into a spherical shape. so no, it's not just a rock. it's more massive than even the largest asteroids, it's just also much more dense. @TDAA if goku were to punch the earth, he would make a hole in the ground. if raditz were to punch the earth, he would also make a hole in the ground. their punches focus their power into a small area, in order to penetrate the defenses of their opponent. the only difference between raditz' punch and goku's is that raditz is going to throw a bunch of rock and dirt out of the way, while goku is just going to vaporize it. edit for ninja's: piccolo didn't say that. namek is not that big. frieza can't do that, neither can goku. Ermm...in the anime Piccolo says that Frieza could destroy the whole planet if he wanted too. In the manga however, he's says that Frieza could crush Namek with his raw strength. Sure you weren't thinking of this? He no longer has any attachment to this planet…” Chapter: 310 (DBZ 116), P11.1 Piccolo: “Freeza’s playing around…If he felt like it, he has the power to wipe out this whole planet…”

Not only was this on a much bigger planet than Earth, if it were to be on Earth even more damage would have been done. Once he hit Ssj3 their fight escalated to a level to where to shockwaves were blowing air waves in the fields across a planet for distance from the Physical Plane. Now KibitoKai wouldn't think that if Goku did not stop that monster, the Universe would literally perish under the power and strength of Majin Buu. He even went as far as to say they shook the heavens due to their heavy hitting. All of the gods together had to come together this creature bcuz it was known to destroy life with its high tier strength and prowess. Goku was the only bloke in existence at the time to challenge this foe with the titanic amount of strength himself. I wouldnt doubt he could rip planets apart with his bare hands. He's held attacks capable of destroying or splitting the Earth. Why not assume a SSj3 could very well pull a planet? The Super Saiyan power is way more than ppl take credit for. Its hard for a guy to go all out if he's been holding back his power mostly all his life due to his good nature of never wanting to accidentally kill someone O.o

Other than the one lunar mentioned which said his power could destroy the planet, but that could easily mean Ki attacks...

Being a villain once himself and showing fear is not to be taken lightly if you know for sure an ungodly situation is happening before you. Well that's IMO but it still stands
